I can't tell, but I think they are starting to excavate behind the site.

@Jarodsc17 There has been some work going on behind the site for a while, but I couldn't get any information about what. Might just be general service work, there's quite a bit going on around ICE District.

According to this article, Greyhound will be out by May this year. According to the same, the podium of this tower is set to be completed Q1 2019, tower completed Q2-Q3.

My guess would be tomorrow! I notice that PCL has moved an INDUSTRIAL-sized backhoe adjacent to the site. It appears that the buildings across the alley are getting their windows covered. I hope that PCL removes and replants the trees along 103rd instead of just butchering them in demo-mode. My guess is that they will move very quickly through the excavation phase in an effort to tie in parking under tower "B" -- can't we give this complex a sexy name; how about 'Place Levrette' or 'La Tour sans Gris' -- 'Tower B' is so alphabetical!

I'm not sure how that works when a private developer buys an entire public right-of-way from the city, but I'm guessing the cost they paid included the mature trees, as the city is actually pretty good about valuing them. I'll see if I can find out where to direct that inquiry as I'm actually curious about it myself now.

I imagine a formal name will be announced soon enough.
