Those last two units have no exterior entrances and are tucked way behind the Banquet in that long corridor, so I wonder if that'll delay them leasing up.

Maybe one unit can be an A&W in honor of the location that was replaced by the Connect Centre.

Probably need an appointment type business there vs retail. Optometrist, barber, dentist, chiro. But even still, street presence helps, so these are tough sells.
