Yes there was supposed to a residential long term and or assisted living facility going in next. The urgent care would go in north of the wellness centre. On the east side of the site they can do 2 more building, One will be the above mentioned facility.

From what I remember Covenant was going to build a similar facility at the Miz site and at least one in Calgary. And Covenant took over operation of La Crete health centre, The expansion was supposed to have started but they were having problems getting anyone to bid on it.
