About time! I think the 'Opening Soon' sign has been up for almost a year now.
Wow, really disappointed that Delux has no street interaction at all, and in fact have an entire bank of windows blocked by a cooler.
This is the alleyway door, locked and with a sign directing folks to the lobby:

Only entrance is from the lobby, and even it feels uninviting:
I'm really disappointed by this.

It looks like (based on their plans) that a sidewalk patio on the Plaza Way (lane) side was approved (for the adjacent Guru restaurant as well). I bet that they will start building that once the snow melts.
