I read about this building in the Journal in about 2014, but I've never seen the preserved facade up close. I know "facadism" is fairly controversial as far as preservation goes, but when it's done correctly (as it is here, in my opinion) it really is the best compromise. We need more of this, where possible.

Well there is still an empty lot very close by where the old BMO building was. It would be nice if they could bring back the Tegler facade and build a new hotel there.
