^ Is the top going to be the same as the original renders or did they change that? Katz group needs to stare at this building for a while. That's a building done right. A wider version of this would work nicely for tower BG.

Compared with the render ^, I'm actually digging the re-design top portion. Looks less busy, and more modern and sleek - especially with the dark color scheme going on.

I'd like to see many more like this but I've read that there's a movement away from all glass buildings in general because of lack of energy efficiency. Unfortunately, there'll be more of the punched window type buildings in the future. I hope I didn't misunderstand what I read. ..lol

I'm sure punched windows can be done right. Make them a little bigger, not teeny-tiny punched windows.

Seriously though, it's kind of a shame they have to see Edmonton like this...
@.crystalised. Quite a lot (and I've been to see many of them). The thing to remember is we're not the only city to have massive and disruptive construction projects. When you travel a lot, you barely notice them anymore.
