Wait what?! I thought Graham was building this thing? Does every builder farm out their form work to Pagnotta these days?

Yes Graham is the GC on this one. Had a coffee with my contact over there. The second tower excavation should be starting soon with construction slated for later this year.

Drove by yesterday at night, they've already made a lot of progress on exterior walls, windows and balcony doors. I'll probably drive by earlier today, will ty to get some pictures, but over half of the floors seemed to have it underway already.

I am betting that both towers will be topped off by summer 2025, occupancy for the first tower will be for early fall 2024 and the second tower will be for late fall 2025.
