I think the balconies along with the cool glass sections will make this tower look better than the Icons at least, if not the Fox Towers. More people living on 104th south of Jasper is super nice too!

It continues to yank my chain that one company effectively decided this street and its twin tower next to twin tower next to….

Id describe these as the “deconstructed” version of the CN tower, but I like the CN building more.
