[/QUOTE]Langham's proposed Falcon Towers DC2 for 104 St/100 Ave is 2 towers 49 storeys (145m) and 64 storeys (170m), and up to 700 dwelling units. Public meeting is June 26, 6-8pm at First Presbyterian Church 10025 105 St. #yegdt #yegplan #yeg
There is something wrong with the numbers -- floors versus height -- if the true floors value of 64 floors is accurate, then the height should be 183 metres not 170

i keep waiting to hear that they have dummied down the height though i hope not. i like the idea of more tall condos in the core but these are butt ugly though.

Hmmmmm yassssss. Loving the look of the towers and podium. Also, is it just me or do these towers look like One Bloor sliced in half? o_O

It looks like a cheap version of One Bloor, not entirely a fan of this project. Could be cleaned up and could end up being beautiful. But coming from Langham I doubt it'll ever hit that standard.

I don't know much about about zoning and how the council works. Carried, meaning approved? Is this just the design committee approving (carrying) or was this City council approving the zoning and design?

Sorry I am new to this page and forum but have an interest and am excited to learn more.
