My prediction is Falcon one will be Fully completed by time Falcon Two Begins Site Prep

Even if they started in the fall, it would be a year to be at grade and longer for a podium in terms of timing.

They have the fit up permits now. Still need another permit for the envelope though.

City should buy it turn it into a pocket basketball court and pay to have a mural of the stingers on that wall. Could have room for food trucks and tables too. Would bring a little more needed traffic south of Jasper Ave.
