Hey, just bolt it on and call it good! marginally more stylish than stucco. waiting for some maniacal AT to figure out how to attach full-wythe brick into these bad boys or something crazy.
IDK i think it looks good, simpler to install than traditional curtain wall, the smaller glazed area on this probably helps a LOT with meeting envelope RSI requirements. Given the current (2017) NECB basically calls for 30% glazing max (or high-performance glazing to make up the difference if you have more than that) i bet we'll see a lot of this kind of system moving forward. I kinda like this!

^^^^ "like" until used for the 1001st time. Black, white or grey is all I've seen so far. Metal joint strapping gives it a kind of neo-industrial flavor. Love the large windows!

agreed. I like the system, but the colour choices are getting old FAST. someone needs to take these designers on a feild trip to cloverdale paints and let them pick out some sample swatches.

This was never to be a signature tower, just a high density retirement home. I am completely fine with the cladding choice so far - just remember we have such atrocities as Peregrine Point and Altavista that are much, much worse.

I dont mind having seasons of similar styles. Vancouver did it and it looked great. Id rather have repetition of something that looks good than diversity that includes crap!

Agreed and we are far from a sea of seafoam green, but it would be nice to have some diversity.
