So any updates on the Crane, Didn't the Road closure start today

Also Are they just removing the Crane and Finishing it as a No Crane Build
Or are they just Replacing the Crane with another Crane

Equipment has arrived to remove the old crane. Notice specified that the crane was to be replaced with a different crane, but I expect we'll see that tomorrow.

These guys might seem 'fly by night' but they really aren't, they just can't stop developing projects as their finances depend on it (moving capital from one project to another). They definitely aren't Regency lol

Counterweights coming down from the crane.

Kinda surprised they even bothered installing a new tower crane. They've only got five more stick built floors to go and they have plenty of laydown space. Why not opt for one of those self erecting cranes like the one on the Abbey Park job?

Maybe they got this green one real cheap. Frankly it looks like it's from Soviet-era Belarus...
