I wonder what the hold up is on the podium? I've been interested to see the materials they use compared to the renders for a while now.

I would like to see luminescent panels that glow red as the temperature falls and blue as the temperature rises -- this on towers. At street level, including podiums up to three storeys, earth friendly materials -- brick, wood, stone -- please Santa.
