According to the draft DC2 text, this building could have up to 550 parking stalls. I know parking is tight and valuable around the Royal Alex, but that number seems excessive.

I think this is looked pretty good. They dropped down the above grade parking from 6 floors to 3 floors, not sure if only one sub parking floor. Material pallet looks promising.
