The building form is classic (to me anyway), it could have been so elegant with even some brick. Like the one behind it. Especially as its across the street from the beautiful all brick King Edward Junior High. (I should have got a picture of it too...)

^ Looks like it might have some architectural substance aimed at fitting in with the existing neighbourhood -- that would make for a pleasant change of pace and a welcome surprise.

From the drawing, it looks like the siding will be similar to a lot of the U of A residences along 87 and 88 Ave, which is pretty good.
