The others I’ve seen completed (King Edward and Capilano) both are much more lively looking and less… foreboding than this one

This one is superior from an architectural aesthetic standpoint.

I think all of the sites look quite good considering they were all modular construction and designed and built on a very tight timeline.

This is better than Icon or Fox's stucco sides if you ask me. I'm fine with Icons and fox's building forms, but just not keen on them right in the very heart of downtown. A quick remedy if they so choose these pallets is to apply nice color to window blinds which will easily offset this neutral colors' choices.

As someone who lives in the area, I actually find this one nicer looking in person than what that photo depicts. And I don't think it looks all that bad in the photo, either!
