I introduce, The Mystery of the Third Tower 😆

Anyway, I love all the proposals for this area and like this one in particular, but I hope to GOD we don't get another long-term-stagnant-pond empty lot on Jasper Ave (lookin' at you EMERALD)

I hope they're very serious about developing. The last thing we need is another hole in the ground on Jasper Avenue. I would hate to see these buildings, which really aren't too bad looking, demolished for no reason

They were hoping to get this project started in the spring but for obvious reasons put it off, but it looks to be back now.

I live in Oliver and seeing all this density only makes me crave for more!!!
Also, makes me crave for the impossible, which would be seeing any kind of rail or BRT on Jasper, west of 109, but let's leave that to my dreams...
 
Looks like things are about to pick up steam over here
