They seem to be expanding super rapidly. And weirdly for a large investment landlord the people I know who have moved into their buildings or had their buildings acquired have found them ok landlords. Atleast they don't seem to be as actively crappy as most of the other big landlords. I hope that trend continues.

I've never lived in a Leston building, either, but professionally I have had some exposure to how they work, and, from what I can tell, they're one of the more reasonable (from a fairness perspective) larger-scale landlords in the city.

Minto is selling this site (as per @cmd uw), and I mentioned LH bought 2 of their other properties recently.
Maybe LH has looked at acquiring this site too, but so have others. That's about all you can take from this.
