I could hear that bloody helicopter but I couldn’t see it. It was annoying the hell out of me.

Ace Coffee has gotten VERY busy during office hours, which is great to see.

Or maybe that is indicative of a lack of quality coffee options in the Financial Core of Downtown right now. Only good local ones (imo) are Credo, The Hallway, Caffe Sole and Ghostlight. Not counting Luichi's since their roast is too dark for my taste.

I wonder if dt will ever get a Columbian?

Outside the Financial Core, there are several other good options for those living downtown.

Even though I'm in easy walking distance to 10+ options, I still gravitate towards Iconoclast on my bike most often - pleasant ride. Nice location.

I dunno what you cats are whining about. The signage on the west side and on the south side look fine at night. There is no signage on the north side nor the east side, but maybe that's likely due to the fact that this building is obscured by neighboring towers. I'll have to take another look during the daytime.

I don't think you can have signs on every side of a building - there are restrictions.
