I dunno what you cats are whining about. The signage on the west side and on the south side look fine at night. There is no signage on the north side nor the east side, but maybe that's likely due to the fact that this building is obscured by neighboring towers. I'll have to take another look during the daytime.

I don't think you can have signs on every side of a building - there are restrictions.

I think it's just puns, not complaints. a "bad sign" means ominous, a red flag meaning the same but also it's literally a red flag
 
The red stands out nicely (bank is in the red, ohh great) and is nice against the blue but the sign itself is proportionally not correct. It's just tacked on there any old way. But its good enough boys. Nobody will notice. Nobody cares. Collect our fee and call it a day.
