Well I wonder what's next for Dub? He has a really interesting proposal on Bellamy Hill a while ago but I haven't heard much on it for a few years.

@bodsbods9090 Well, they are planning a huge 170 metre tall tower where the old BMO building was and they have a few other projects, such as the Arlington site.

Dub is The Edge and Encore and the Hotel-Formerly-Known-as-Hyatt-Place.

Der is Holyrood Gardens and 121 West.

I really liked Dub's Citadel Cloud design. It would be nice if that tower see some action. There was another project in the Quarters but that was 10 years ago I think. Gene & Co. are very talented.

I wonder if this is even being considered now that MC College moved into Dub's Five Oaks building?

@Avenuer I spoke to Dub about this some time back; apparently it's not completely off the table, but that may have been before MC decided to purchase The Edge building outright.

Still, it could be valuable to a potential buyer with a DC2 already in place and a design pretty far along.
