Disappointing, but more than meets the eye.
My suspicion with failures on this scale of infill project is always infrastructure costs.
But at the same time there are a million ways a project can fail.
Nice to see. I used to live there, it was the first house I lived away from my family. Also, the first thread I commented on here. I hope something good is built here; it's been bare for a long time.
