From what I've seen in the meeting, this will be an "ok" development. They said they were trying to go for a "cabin" type feel (yeah ok...) they only thing that really does that justice is the fire pit by the entrance and the ADIRONDACK CHAIRS. It will overall be good for the area.
 
Should be some pics coming soon, I imagine they will have some refinements in the works after the EDC meeting.

As is it's pretty ok. Some minor tweaks and refinements could step it up a notch.

Fyi Rohit bought the land from Brookfield. I will set up a new project thread for this phase soon.
