I think it would be inoffensive if it wasn't nearly a block long, but the sheer size of it means it stands out, which definitely doesn't do it any favours. It would have been a perfectly serviceable filler building if it was half the length imo

I think the colours save this building a bit. Could you imagine this with burnt red, orange, yellow colours like some other developers seem to love... goodness. At least the cream, grey, black and white colours help make this look contemporary. This is just on the borderline of a decent looking building, not quite there, but not awful either.

I was just looking at this, i love the exposed concrete. they did a good job coordinating all their mechanical too to make those bulkheads clean, based on what the photos show. these interiors are pretty nice!
