Concrete where necessary not necessarily concrete. The concrete is for crane base. They need the ballast the anchor the crane.

Gotcha. I would imagine those precast concrete slabs are pretty heavy.

1 level underground? Putting in drainage pipes around the crane base. They must have been working on this behind the scenes for a while, because it seems like it was very quick from when we first heard about this here on skyrise cities to construction commencing!

That type of construction typically moves pretty quickly; curious to see how it all comes together.

Structurally precast or steel go up fast. its the finish that can take a while.
