That north lot is owned by a numbered company, not the City, so not sure what timelines are for it's development (hopefully VLW LRT speeds that up though).

it's not going to be a beauty, but I'm not so concerned as eventually it'll just fade out of the spotlight as the space closer to 104th ave gets filled and people stop to notice this thing tucked in the back. But if they approve a turd for the land ON 104th ave it'll be a different matter.

This intersection is beginning to feel like one of the most urban areas in Edmonton. Can’t wait for the LRT to be completed.

It's not going to win any awards, but I think it's much easier to look at than The Venetian, and I like it's form better than The Imperial. It won't stand out too much, which is not a bad thing. The balconies will help this one a lot

What did you really expect to get built here considering the location (next to a university), their target market (students), what our market is demanding (rentals), and the economic climate they started building this in (Covid, supply constraints)?
