No, they do not interfere with each other. They are separate projects, ran in completely different ways and their financing and operations do not affect what happens with the other.

I don’t understand him. As my councillor, I’ve agreed with a good lot of his stuff, but this is such a weird thing to be so adamantly against. And he provides absolutely no city run alternative. Or just says “but high level line” as if those are even remotely comparable. The bus service is inadequate and the city shouldn’t build a gondola themselves so just let it go Michael.
 
Alberta needs some Municipal-level recall legislation.... can't believe downtown Edmonton Strathcona will be stuck with this dip as councillor for the next 3 years.
