I love the fact they have units with up to six bedrooms...this is sorely needed for many families coming from other parts of the world. I find it a bit strange that the windows are so small though. Is that a function of the prefab concrete?

I appreciate that they are aiming towards Net Zero certification for the development, and the effort to give some design flare. The window scheme needs a little love fo sure.

@Avenuer Are you sure about this? AVID has been playing up their building design on their social media quite a bit lately, I'd be surprised if they weren't aware it was being replaced. Especially with...that.
