I could be missing something totally obvious but i wonder if the Hat @ Old Strathcona finishes construction before this one if it will be the tallest building the the Edmonton metro under construction at that moment. Would guess that is a pretty rare thing to be the case having tallest UC not in city of Edmonton.

Both are topped out, so unless i'm forgetting one i'm pretty sure the only thing going up in the region that's going to be over 6 stories is the Hat @ St. Albert?

It is the tallest. St Al fire just acquired a new ladder truck to accommodate this. If the Hat project was standing tall it would be the tallest but they decided to lay it down.
