A couple of interesting things to watch for: 1. I suspect that the "exposed" concrete columns are going to be insulated and clad with some material (granite?). 2. The roof of the fourth floor (podium) -- looks like a grid is being maintained for some form of glazing treatment (glass blocks would be nice), making for the possibility of an exceptional restaurant space with interior/exterior patio seating. 3. the "fins" on the ends of the building are going to house LEDs so that the tower glows all the way to EIA to the south and Namao to the north, establishing the building as a nighttime landmark structure for Edmonton and the ICE district. Unfortunate sharing of the anagram "ICE" -- in the U.S. represents "Immigration & Customs Enforcement" (a cold fact).
