@DarrenK Wow, you got nice and close in that last shot. I'm guessing it was outside of normal construction hours, that area is usually fenced off for flatbed dropoffs.

Those look like forms for the raft blocks; you can see them in the diagram posted here:

They are pouring the raft blocks/ballast blocks at this very moment. Both the hotel and the Stantec tower should come out of the ground quickly now… my prediction -- hotel will be at grade level in 3 weeks; Stantec in 4; beginning of April we will see the towers start to take shape above ground.
