McCormick's

A sea food menu like McCormick's would give me elevated ecstasy -- I have had their seared Ahi on many occasions -- but I don't know if they would look at a location that isn't coastal. Flemings is definitely a Houston's equivalent.

Okay -- now that boxing match is on; better start training; I will keep one arm tied to my torso to help with the height disadvantage that you possess. You can use 12 oz. gloves so that your arms don't get tired before the end of round one.

I rememeber them hyping up that food court when we first moved into the building almost 4 years ago.

I remember talking about that Space when I was at Stantec, the owner wanted local or one-off brands as well as making it licensed.

Kasian doing the work seem proper since a number of the Stantec staff are there now.

I have been told they are trying to negotiate their way out of the leases that were already signed for the food court through ONE/Katz.

Not sure if the new owners are clearing the deck for a different vendor to take the whole space, but I assume that means they are saying goodbye to the food court concept?

Honestly, that's maybe not a bad thing. I truly cannot see a #foodhall, er food court working there given the lack of workers, visitors, residents and that there are many options within two blocks.

They would be better off taking that to the ground level with two restaurants as now planned, put a simple grab and go/cafe if anything and use the rest of that space for a different use.

they may also need to renegotiate some of the lease terms and restrictions with some of their office tenants if they do..

it's my understanding there were some pretty onerous restrictions on what could be done with internal lunchrooms and cafeterias and staff offerings so as to generate as much food court traffic and business as possible.
