I thought it was in the east end at pedway level across from the Shoppers Drug Mart (circled in blue):

Yes, they've been in the spot in the mall next to TD's since 2016.

I don't recall them ever moving upstairs before they closed down for good in early 2021.

I now see a bit of the TD green square in the left photo, so you must be right. Same location circled in blue but at street level instead of pedway level.

Are you sure? There hasn’t been a turnover meeting yet which should occur once 50% sales have occurred. There is still a developer representative acting as our condo board. I mean, awesome if it’s true, but it still seems pretty empty in here.

I'm assuming they mean 80% of the rental units have been leased.
Originally it was a block of floors for lease and not for sale (i.e. 31-45 leased, 46-66 sale), although that may have changed.

More impetus now for Telus House to get extensively renoveated to maintain existing tenants and attract new ones (they have the direct LRT access and river valley views Stantec doesn't have, anyways).

More workers at Stantec will help fill the last CRUs in the ICE District as well, hopefully.

14th and 15th are the only Interconnected floors that Stantec leased. One of the upper law firms had one installed during TI.

I had an office opposite the Stairs on 15.

So from 14-19 is now off Stantec's books.

I believe Ogilvie LLP has also signed a lease to move over to the Stantec Tower from the CWB building on 103rd.

Not surprised Bennett Jones is moving into Stantec. It's quickly become the home base for most of the premier corporate firms in the city. It's been bothering me seeing the middle 6 or so floors of Stantec empty so this will help fill out the tower and as said earlier, maybe get some of the CRU's filled out with more activity around the site.

I'm not too worried about Telus House. It's in a great location with amazing views, so eventually they'll fill out the space and maybe finally they can renovate the exterior which is due for an update.
