Weird, they all are strapped on with their fall arresting devices, so from a PPE and high angle perspective seems they are following the rules in the photo.

Many sites don't allow for the distribution of photos unless approved by the GC. These were IW 720 guys, and while I've worked around some and found them to be great at their jobs, the consideration of GC feelings has never been a major concern of the older workers.

My feelings on this photo are the same as the 720 guys. If the people in the office don't like it, walk the steel and take the picture yourself. The photo is gonna happen no matter what when a building like this tops out.

It was also a PCL job, who are notoriously strict and controlling on their project sites (for good reason). Piss in the wrong direction without approval from the super and you'll be skidded off site

Random Observation; every time I've walked through Stantec post-Oilers game this year, it smells faintly like sewage in the lobby. Hope it doesn't result in the building needing major work one day.

Pretty sure it's actually meth. Over the winter they were allowing the cafeteria area to basically be used as a drop in shelter.
