Lovely space. Let's hope the 'gauntlet of garbage strewing zombies and angry addicts' that's impacted so much of DT doesn't ruin this space. My sympathy is over. Not sorry.

well, if they maintain security and businesses fill those CRUs then there is a better chance. I wish the nearby bakery could come to this area.

The retail/CRUs there still make little sense given everything, but the space is spectacular and bodes well for future opportunities.

It is probably not a great time to add commercial space downtown when there is still so much vacant space, so it may be challenging in the short term, but the space is very nice so it may fill up eventually.
