It's a pretty long pedway with multiple connection points that has to be built around underground utilities and other infrastructure.

Doesn't it seem not that long? At least if I am reading that map right. The RAM integration is basically already done, and the tangent pile pedway covers most of the ground to station lands. This project really covers about a block and a half of new pedway, and an above-ground connector.

There's a secondary access to the west side of the RAM (basement) from the new pedway section if that was not what you were referencing.
