Is the phase 2 podium that's built going to be residential? I can't imagine too many people would want to live below a tower construction if that's the case.

I think this development has basically put an end to the wall. From north there's impression of more going on with different buildings now.

For many reasons it is far more of a wall than originally intended and likely will continue to be until other changes occur.
