I think there is opportunity with this space if the business is smart. With the proximity to the Ledge there will be lots of groups looking for event space, working lunches, etc.

Curious to see what is in the works (if anything thus far) for the CRU space. Obviously GOA traffic dependant, a bit tricky on weekends and not a ton of folks who happen by on regular occasions... but a great corner and fantastic looking space.

I think in some ways being in a quieter area of downtown where parking is not as bad on the weekends could be a real plus. A nice restaurant and coffee shop would make sense and something else retail.
