@Daveography, do you think the vertical white strips are LEDs?

@archited Good question! I figured they're just architectural sugar to break up the blackness of the panels, it hadn't even occurred to me that they might also light up.

'twould make a great nighttime pattern on the skyline -- nice complement to the neon museum and the video screens on various facades of the Katz development -- let's hope.
