I like it if that is an actual brick podium, metal cladding opposed to acrylic, and they make the 123 street address signage a little larger, lol.
Nice height, like the podium roof amenity, and no need for CRU's there with all the ground THU's.

We were asked to look into the windows for this - The basis of design is Vinyl, don't think I've seen Vinyl windows that big looking good
