I love the street presence of this building.

Me too. I hope another tower goes up around there at some point. 110 street between 98 & 97 avenue has some single storey buildings that may be redeveloped at some point. I like those buildings though, so it would be sad to see them go

Just became a member, so these pics are old. But these are some drone shots I grabbed when living in the Hendrix in 2017! Really believe it has some of the best views of the whole city! (DT looking NE, walterdale+river valley, Oliver westward)
