That's Strata in London, designed by BFLS, formerly Hamiltons Architects. We should be so lucky to have a design like that here, let alone one that has swept as many awards as it has.

Hmmm, not gonna lie but I actually vibe with this tower! Not too shabby J+S Architects . I'd like the north side of the building facing Jasper to be a bit more interesting, though,.

@Platinum107 I agree with you the north side could use some more "pzazz" but I am a big fan of the balcony's and large floor to ceiling windows on the top floors. Would be a cool spot for a residence pool or shared social area.

Apparently Westrich is involved with this, which I guess makes J+S being involved make more sense.

The Strata reminds me of One Wall Centre in Vancouver, actually. Just a little more daring and/or visually interesting.

So it sounds like they won't be building any underground parkade for this building and it would be constructed in a much smaller time frame. Pretty cool.
