Love the increase in density that is seen from this plaza (CX grandin, the Hendrix, the view and the Mayfair). It will be awesome to see “the heights” join this view too as it will have a huge impact

Another Mayfair type building in similar size/scale would be nice there. In fact I would take more Mayfairs all along Jasper and throughout pockets of downtown.
