Work on this looks to be steadily progressing. I passed by recently and it seems like they had dug around one or maybe two storeys below ground. Some pilings were sticking up above ground level.

The design looks ok, but colours aren't shown, so I am worried given that this is an Ed Gooch special. Balwin Place across the street will likely look better still.

This project is above grade now. Looks like they've started on the South side of the site, and wood framing is up to the 2nd floor on this South portion.
