My mistake -- the Times Square project consists of two towers both evident in the rendering -- an 18 storey tower and a shorter 12 storey tower.

It is a little difficult to make out exactly what is what, or current, from their site overview...
I like this one so far.
 
@bodsbods9090, the article was from a recent issue of the Toronto Globe and Mail and while no specific start date was mentioned for the next two projects in the pipeline -- Times Square and the Louvre -- there was lengthy discourse related to to a new Procura company -- OpTown -- that would enable renters to convert to ownership of their units. This methodology is being applied to the current Central Tower project, giving Procura an advanced Cash Flow pro forma. And George Schluessel said that the increased cash flow would lead to a sooner start on the two new projects. Central Tower is scheduled to be complete by June this year and George (Procura) hinted that the other two would start when Central Tower is complete.
