So cool to see. Crazy how quick its coming down.
I know it would be impractical and not probable, but it would have been cool if they imploded this beauty. Hahaha.

I have to be honest, I am NOT confident in Der's ability to execute a well-designed tower here. I'm disappointed Regency didn't choose a bigger name for this project.

Is this all the news there is? No speculation on height, purpose of the building yet?
@Jarodsc17 Not yet. Might have more next week.
Regency is looking at starting bulding in about three months, with a three year completion. Aiming for 50 stories, mixed use.
