Do we happen to know the height of the bridge's mast? It's already starting to make quite the presence, and I think its only just under half it's full size.

I imagine that clause is there only as a last resort but extremely unlikely to actually be used. I'm not too worried about it.

@Freedm Why even add it, then? And so quietly? The current provincial government is already breaking a lot of their promises, I'm not sure why we would expect this one to be any different.

Yeah, I expect them to use this clause. They are hellbent on paying down the debt and nothing else.

Their budget looks like they're content to gradually attack the debt, with a 2.5% cut, not drastically like Ralph Klein did in the 90's with a 16% cut. Having said that, I agree that clause should not be in there. It would be extremely irresponsible to ever use it, and it's scary to just have it in there.
