I lived there in a 1 bedroom on the 4th floor when it first opened for 2 years, and know someone who lived there for the past 2 years.
Generally the building and unit were really solid, I had no maintenance issues or anything when I lived there. The balcony got really dirty facing 116th. Hallways could be a bit dirty and the management was pretty underwhelming during my move out, tough to get a move out inspection, weirdly picky but nothing bad enough that I'd warn people to avoid. Parking spots with the usual cages that don't offer any security, there were multiple instances of people getting stuff stolen that led me to only use it for empty boxes. Bike room was the opposite though, I kept a nice bike in there for 2 years with no issues.
