Not great, but not terrible. The condo portion turned out really stark, though, I thought the renders had more colour to them? I know pulling off colours can be tricky, but in a city like ours we really need to do a bit better than this.

The caliber of the commercial part is unparalleled on 107 Ave. It’s such a huge step for the area.

My partner and I are thinking of moving here, but the reviews I'm finding online are concerning. Reddit comments from a year ago say it's good, but google maps reviews from the last few months are strongly negative. Has anybody had experience living here, or know someone who did?

I know someone who found his unit cold and moved out because of it. But that was just one guy, don't really know anyone else who's lived there.

Good friend of mine was one of the buildings original tenants. Had plumbing issues a couple of times in the first month but after that he didn't complain to me at least.
