@Kaizen What is the slope of the roof like? Hard to tell depth from the pictures. Is it simply flat with cut outs?

@westcoastjos , it's low slope: through-out, I'd guess 2/12-4/12. Noticeable at street level and looks good.

Framing is done on this one now, and the roof is on. I like how the eaves slope up and out, hope the soffit material isn't super cheap, but Greenview and BMP don't like to spend.
